Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I participated in this site for years with no problems whatsoever. Then a few weeks ago my account was suddenly "inactive". I had just cashed in a lot of points, which thankfully I did get paid for, but haven't been able to login since. Exactly 32 emails and one snail mail later, I am still being ignored by customer service. After seeing others' comments about the same thing happening to them, I no longer want to take the chance with this site. Avoid them like the plague, unless you want to risk doing surveys for nothing!

I have been using My Survey.com from the UK for about 5 mths now and finally going to give up - I wouldn't waste your time with this. I don't expect to meet the criteria for all surveys of course, but have now had 5 incidents out of 6 survey attempts where I have spent 15 mins or more, completing at least 12-15 screens of product and brand related questions, only to be bumped out near the end of the survey and told either that the quota is full or I did not meet the criteria! This is after providing a lot of specific info on purchasing habits. If you raise it they just send you a standard response saying that criteria were not met. Perhaps it didn't used to be but this service is now a complete con.

I am at the level of getting gift cards and my account is now inactive and this has been happening since 2011. Every once in awhile it happens but this time no one will get back to me.

Without any notice my account with My Survey was deactivated. I have emailed them 3 times and each time a survey is sent to me all I get told is "your account is not activated" when I try to do the survey they sent. What is wrong with this company? Judging by a few reviews I have read on various panels quite a few people have had the same done to them. AVOID this site at all costs - they deactivate panellists accounts without any warning and have the most bizarre excuses as to why they did it in the first place..Some had even been sharing a computer abroad!! And these are the people running a survey site!!!

So many unpaid screeners. Also, will be going along fine doing a survey and it will reject you at any time, even if you have a significant amount of time invested. Usually the reason will be "quota full" or screened out. Out of 31 recent surveys, I was only able to complete 8 of them. Wouldn't mind so much, but all of the failures come after 2-3 minutes (or more) of work. I finally ground out enough for a payout and won't be using them anymore. Now I'm just hoping I actually get paid.
