Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

FELLOW SURVEY TAKERS, BEWARE OF THE TECHNICAL ERROR PAGE WHICH HAPPENS RATHER OFTEN AFTER SUBMITTING A SURVEY. After spending time giving all your thoughtful answers, you get the technical error page, and are not rewarded for your efforts. I, for one, am sick and tired of getting the technical error page, especially after a long TEDIOUS survey. Then I have to write a support ticket and fight to try and get what I rightfully deserve. Every few days, I again got the technical error. Support always responds with the same canned way. They ask you to wait 6 weeks until an audit is done and the survey manager counts you as completing the survey. It never matters that I give a detailed account of what the survey involves till the very end, and I even attached proof of completion of my last page stating the survey is finished. That should be enough. SHAME ON ME FOR GIVING MY SURVEY ANOTHER CHANCE AFTER BEING BRUNT BEFORE. THIS TIME I HAVE HAD IT!
YES I AM VERY ANGRY!!!
THE WAY MY SURVEY TREATS REGULAR, LONG-TIME MEMBERS IS UNACCEPTABLE. OTHER SURVEY COMPANIES BELIEVE YOU, AFTER YOU SUBMIT PROOF OF COMPLETION, AND ADJUST YOUR ACCOUNT ACCORDINGLY, BUT MY SURVEY DOES NOT!!!!

I'll keep it short and simple, my experience with them was terrible, it involved a lot of emails to be sent and a few calls to get what I was owed and it was too much time for nothing.

Had been a member of this panel for over a decade, started out great but then they merged, and wow did it go wrong.
First thing to say is that my account was deactivated with plenty of reward points in my account and zero warning or response from this lot.
Second thing is to confirm the huge amount of time wasting, I was getting to as high as 75% screen outs/quota filled in a week, and only about 10% before I had spent any less than 5 minutes.
Then there are the technical errors, you know, the ones that come at the end of a session where you have spent 15 - 20 minutes at least answering the survey, click the submit button and hey presto, they have your time and responses, you have a technical error and not even a bogus few points on their dodgy prize draw (never even got a wooden spoon prize in 12 years...)
Oh and their support, can't answer a question, seriously, "it happens", "that's life", "we are aware and its been resolved" take your pick because IF, and its a huge IF you get a reply, there's your answers.
But seriously, don't expect an answer, for a company that deal only in answers they sure don't know how to provide one...
Ah yes, and then you decide to redeem your points, you load up your shopping cart, click complete, they take your points, then you get to cut the grass a couple of times, maybe paint the exterior of the house whilst you're at it, and then the rewards might start to drip into your inbox or paypal account, just don't order anything that goes in the post, the house will need a new coat of paint before that arrives.
You want a recommendation from someone who joined solely to share their experiences, get a minimum wage job with a named and shamed employer who is on a first names basis with Employment Tribunal staff, you'll still get more respect, better treatment and at least see your earnings before the next Christmas after you earned them...
Avoid like they are filled with viruses and spam emails, it amounts to what they do anyway!

mysurvey.com is one the worst sites on the net, i'm not talking about getting screened out, that's part and parcel of survey taking, but this site's surveys go down/'error occurred' when you've spent time completing them, and this has been going on for at least 2 years, they show no sign of fixing the gremlins causing the malfunctions, i'm surprised companies are still using this company.

After being them since the days of lightspeed panel they deactivated my account. I sent a complaint to the BBB so we will see what happens. I told the BBB to investigate as many people are getting deactivated. I mentioned this website as proof.
