Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

What is up with MySurvey these days? It seems more and more they are not allocating points for long surveys and week/month long diaries. And when you contact them there is usually only a generic reply saying either the survey wasn't recorded or I must of done something wrong. They used to take the time to fix problems, now they simply ignore them or blame the member. Getting to the point I wonder why I bother.

I was a member of My Survey for several years. All of a sudden I was made inactive. I emailed them several times to find out "why" and they never responded. That shows no respect for their members. Right?

Every so often My Survey/Carol Adams has issues with points not being credited for completed surveys. It's happening yet again and I'm getting the usual line of crap that it's all MY fault. I'm sick and tired of the excuses since they clearly KNOW they have system issues and they refuse to fix the ongoing issue permanently. Are there financial issues with this company or are they simply more interested in lining their pockets while disrespecting the panel members who are the lifeblood of their business? I know I'm not alone dealing with this problem, since several friends have quit the panel completely due to the same ongoing problem. Save yourself a lot of stress and skip this one!

I had been a member of MySurvy for over seven years. I never had any issues with them until within the last year, not sure what happened. Lately, I would take a 30 minute survey only to be told when I submit that the quota was full. Huh? Couldn't that have bee known BEFORE I spent my time taking the survey.

Then, my account was opened on a Saturday. In fact, that night I was completing my daily beverage diary. The next day, I try to login into my account. It says my account is inactive. I've tried contacting them numerous times with no response. If you are cancelling my account, at least have the balls to tell me why! This is the WORST experience I have ever had.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THE REWARDS ARE FEW AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE!!!!!

I recently joined MySurvey and was able to cash out a $25 reward. However, two weeks later, just as I was about to cash out another $25 reward, my account was deactivated by MySurvey without any warning or explanation. I have emailed them 3 times and have received no response from them. From reading other online reviews this seems to be something they do quite often.

I know I was very conscientious about taking their surveys and always took my time, read every question, and answered honestly. I also know that MySurvey is being paid well by the companies that provide their surveys and that MySurvey was paid for the surveys I took, including the ones that I was not paid for because they "deactivated" my account. Basically, MySurvey stole money from me and the many others that had their accounts deactivated for no reason and with no explanation.

I'll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that I can discourage well-meaning, honest survey takers from joining MySurvey and being similarly ripped off.
