Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

Mysurvey is a nightmare. I added up all of the surveys I entered over a two month period, and 70% of them ended up in failure of dsq. Their so-called customer service is amongst the worst I have ever seen from any company. There are numerous technical errors and screen outs, and it takes fully seven days to receive an Amazon e-voucher. I have cancelled my account (before they could de-activate it!), and would urge people to steer clear of it.

The fact that this website is one of the best at valuing surveys and providing incentives you actually want, makes the fact that it's the worst all the more painful. You will get to the end of a survey or recording diary, worth a lot of points, and there will be an error page, and you will never hear from "zen desk" ever. It's a waste of time and effort. Just don't do it. Avoid any website that using "zen desk" as their customer support, they're all terrible

For no reason my account was "deactivated" on 02/22/2016. I have been a member for too many years to count. I have completed countless diaries on my spending for a month at a time, beverage diaries, and personal care diaries. I always received the points for these and never had a problem until now. I, like the others who have complained, have issued numerous "contact" forms and so far none have been acknowledged. It is sad that a site that had been so reliable has deteriorated to this.

After a few years of completing surveys on this panel I found my account has been deactivated suddenly. There was no notification of upcoming changes and emails to 'help' are being bounced back as 'undeliverable' no response from host. I guess the few thousand points I had accumulated are lost. This is not a nice way to treat people for their time or loyalty. Very disappointed.

I'd give this place zero stars if it'd let me. Now, this site definitely isn't a scam but once you spend a good amount of time there you'll feel like it is. Which is a shame because you can do really cool and interesting surveys where you can even try some products out yourself, that was the only redeeming thing about MySurvey for me. I hope you never run into any problems (you definitely will) because if you do good luck getting a timely response, it can take days, weeks, or even months and the first message is usually some copy-pasted generic response. It's very difficult to get into contact with someone there about an issue, heck I got my account deactivated out of the blue and messaged them last week with no word from them yet. I made an account here specifically to warn you about this site, even when you get paid it'll usually take the full 10 days out of the 5-10 day waiting period. They absolutely do not respect your time, I've had surveys where I make it to the last screen after spending so much time on it only to get an error message and no points to show for it and I can't even report that specific test as broken. There are much better options for you that will respect your time and despite the good things this site offers it ain't worth the headache.
