Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

MySurvey merged on 7/7/2010 w/Lightspeedpanel.com (LSP), where I had $100. I was never notified of this merger. I've been emailing with MySurvey & getting the runaround. They sent me a redemption list, probably from MySurvey, stating they were my LSP redemptions--NOT! I am a member of almost 100 survey panels and keep a spreadsheet of my earnings in each panel. In their 3/19/14 email, they said: "On 1/22/11 the remaining 175 points in your LSP account were transferred to your MySurvey account." That never happened. So my $100 became 175 points, which in MySurvey is worth $1.75. Out of all the surveys sites I belong to, I've only had a problem with MySurvey. Beware!

I have been a member of My Survey for about 6 months. I was taking plenty of surveys and getting paid for them. Just about 1 month ago they changed their layout and graphics. They now display your point balance and the number of completed surveys. When I saw that both numbers for my account were zero I sent them an email telling them that under the old format my points had read 615 and were now zero, I have not gotten a response. I sent them another request for their attention to this problem and did not get a confirmation, so, I will blast them with a request every day until this matter is resolved. If you are thinking of joining My Survey, don't waste your time. I will be leaving them as soon as I get my points back and reach cash out points.

After being a satisfied member for many years, I along with other members, recently were unable to login because our accounts became de-activated or cancelled. After several failed attempts or reaching them by email and facebook, I called and wrote. The letter I sent was returned with "address unknown." Have they closed shop? Where is my money?

I was having trouble accessing into the survey page of mysurvey because every time I log in it would say "error" but luckily i was still able to cash out my points and I am going to leave mysurvey forever after I get my reward or not.
