Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

Invited to a survey. Answered questions for 25 minutes. Get to the end and get a page that says submit for credit and get either an error message or full quota. Disgusting.

They deactivated my account without warning after I had been on the site for a few weeks. After a few emails back and forward they kept on tip toeing around why I was deactivated, i eventually got out of them that they think that I gave them wrong information when i signed up or i didn't answer my surveys honestly.

I emailed AGAIN and told them that that was not the case, and asked them to show me where I apparently had done this.

They then just emailed me A THREAT saying they were going to report me for fraud?? Like.. .WHAT? I was on there for weeks and I had ONLY JUST managed to get enough for the minimum pay out, which is very suspicious. I didn't do anything wrong, so it's obvious that they deactivated my account to avoid a payout.

Gross.

If previously in my review I said I was keeping on with them because of the accessible low redemption & nice catalogue, now I say don't bother.
Since Mysurvey merged with GMI has gone from bad to worse, too many surveys errors at submission, disqualifying you whilst you are still completing a survey, or even telling you that the survey is full when you submitted it, c-s who couldn't care less, so many surveys closed but still available in your account... like a survey router, and none seems relevant despite your profile...
I pursued a redemption for a survey I completed months ago, I did submit it and of course Error! And even lasted almost double the stated time.
I wanted to leave them earlier because I can't stand their time-waster first screen with 'flying a kite' or other silly 10 questions to tick, which now seems a regular feature, but I needed a last survey. I made a formal complaint and finally had it rewarded, I cashed and ditched. I value my time, they don't.

I recently cashed out with My Survey.The minute I cashed out, now my account has become inactive.I continue to e-mail and call daily with no response.I though I was the only one this was happening too.I see Im not alone.

most of the surveys promise point rewards but only only give prize draw entries after completion. I get screened out of the majority of them and the ones I do complete take way longer than expected to finish. I just spent 30 mins filling out a survey and after getting a message saying thank you for completing it, I got an error message so I didn't get any points.
