Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

Have not been able to log in for a while now. Sent an email today to the email address they advertise - [email protected]. It was undeliverable. I sent an email to [email protected] and did get a response. They gave me a ticket number and told me to track the progress by logging in to my account. Don't know where this will go. I, too have spent a lot of time taking surveys only to find out I don't qualify. I have been a member since the 70's. My mom used to receive cards to rate products and mail back in. She and I both would also receive products to test. Not sure what is going on with them. Their iPhone and iPad apps never have surveys to take even though they say I have two to take.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THIS PANEL FOR SOME YEARS AND FOR NO REASON AT ALL MY ACCOUNT IS NOW INACTIVE AFTER TAKING REGULAR AND HONEST SURVEYS.THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM MY MESSAGES AND E MAILS TO THEM, SO I DO NOT KNOW THE PROBLEM.THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT WILL BE RESOLVED.

I was going along okay even though I had been screened out a few more times than I am used to, but then I got this invite to put this app on my phone so I did and then never got points for it. After writing a complaint to their team about my missing points, I came to login and found my account had been deactivated. I got no notice, email or explanation and I was pretty upset. I inquired about it and received no response. So I have moved on to other panels with better chances of taking surveys and that I haven't been booted from for no reason.

This site used to be ok but on a couple of occasions I just stopped receiving surveys completely and was told my account had been deactivated.
This seems to happen once you've cashed out with them twice.
Avoid.

I grew up right down the road from National Family Opinion in Northwood, Ohio and once worked there. I have been on their panel for decades. I have noticed fewer rewards, various problems collecting rewards, and failure to update household information. Sad to say this after a 30 year association with this company but unless they get it together soon, I'm done.
