Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

More and more I am not getting points but sweeps entries instead. They used to always give points. Its too bad this was one of my favorite sites. Now I think I will unsubscribe once I get enough points for one final payout. Who knows how long that will take with the way they now operate. I was also having the same problem people were mentioning about getting well into a survey then told I dont qualify or the quota was filled. Update: Glad I left.

Like any opinion/survey site they don't pay heaps of money, and surveys are sporadic. However the rewards compare well to other sites, and I get 3-5 surveys a week from them most of the time, 3 a day in peak periods.

I get emails with survey links, but they were all duds. I only get sweepstakes entry points, or error messages, not one real survey that pays. It is sad these places take advantage of people the way they do. Wish I had read the reviews first. It appears they are only asking for volunteers, people they can make empty promises to. It is pure trickery designed to get free labour out of people since slavery is outlawed.

Has anyone in past 4 days been asked inappropriate and personal questions by MySurvey such as why I use a hotel and what I wear to bed while there??? (The SURVEY was originally about COMPUTERS and what type I would consider buying next)
I contacted MySurvey 2x in past 3 days but no response. I will post again as to the outcome if they respond and take ownership for their unprofessional and invasive survey. For now...BE CAREFUL as to the questions you answer with this survey site. It's not be worth the money they pay to divulge the personal questions that i was asked. I closed off the survey after they wanted to know if I slept in the nude at a hotel!!!!!
UPDATE; It's been 5 days since I contacted 'MYSURVEY' for a response to questions that were very personal & uncomfortable questions that were asked in a survey. I would at least have expected an apology. I got a feeling MYSURVEY got hacked. If so...it doesn't say much for the safety of our personal info that we freely give this site nor privacy of the surveys we complete. My advice...Stay Away from MYSURVEY. Not sure my info is not safe there anymore.

Been with this company 10 years and the last 3-4 months has been a waste of my time. I am sick and tired of spending 45 minutes doing a survey and then get an error message at the last submit button!!
