Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

It used to be a good site. Now it is just a waste of time! And a very poor site! I have been 50 points short of being able to cash out for close to a year now. In that time they have sent me 2 surveys, and I did NOT qualify for either. I have sent countless emails and have had no response. Don't waste your time with this site!!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY HAS LOST ALL CREDIBILITY. YOU FINISH A SURVEY AND ALL YOU GET IS A 'TECH ERROR' MESSAGE WHICH THEY ARE NOW CLAIMING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. THEY HAVE EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK AS TO WHY THEY CAN'T AWARD YOU THE POINTS YOU EARNED. I HAVE BEEN STUCK AT 150 POINTS BELOW CASHOUT FOR MONTHS

I am so tired of completing surveys for this site! They are long and only when I have qualified and completed a survey with them, it goes to an error page. Then I keep writing and they ask for the study number. I even send them the email with all info. I never get credit and then get told to write down each study number, so I can tell them. It doesn't make a difference as then they say to wait a few weeks and it's still not there. As soon as I am able to get enough points to cash out, I'm UNSUBSCRIBING!

used to be good, now all I want to do is cash out and get out. They fill up your inbox with survey emails. when you click on the link you have to sign in and remembering the survey number from the email , then find the survey in your inbox, Once I am there I usually try for more surveys but often forget to wrote down the additional survey numbers. Every time I do a survey this year I have either gotten an error at the end or near the end. In order to file a complaint issue you have to have the survey number. It has now disappeared from the inbox list, they will not use the survey link where you get the error message and you have to go back to your email and try to figure out which one of the thousands of emails they send is the survey you did. the site does not list your completed surveys and dates and points earned so you have no way to know if you receive credit. customer service does nothing without a survey number. they also do not tell you in advance how long the survey will take. today again I did a one hour survey and got an error message on the end

You hardly can qualify for a survey. I go through 12-15 surveys before I qualify for 30 points. They do pay quickly which is why I gave it 1 star
