1000 point ($10) minimum balance required to request rewards.

Beginning early 2019, Lightspeed shut down MySurvey in some countries, and merged those members into LifePoints. In June of 2019, MySurvey panels and members worldwide were fully integrated into LifePoints.

MySurvey is an online survey community where members can influence the future of the products and services that they use each and every day. They've rewarded over $32 million USD worldwide to date! MySurvey is part of Lightspeed, both owned by WPP, one of the world's leading communications services groups. MySurvey has been collecting American opinions since 1946 as National Family Opinion, NFO and TNS. Become a member and share your unique opinions and experiences - register through your PC or download the mobile application from Google Play or the App Store.

Unfortunately, MySurvey is no longer operational. Click the button to discover survey panels that are running and are actively looking for new members!

Payment and Rewards

Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

  • exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
  • exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
  • exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
  • exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Survey Taking Experience

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Community Features

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

Note: The MySurvey and Lightspeed panels merged into one and are now simply known as "MySurvey."

Very So-So-Tons of Errors

June 21, 2014 by Lance from United States

This site is legit and pays. That said you only qualify for about 30% of the surveys and they dry up pretty quickly. MANY times I have been on the last question and gotten an error message and I won't get paid at all. Pretty frustrating. I am going to stick with Opinion Outpost, that seems to be the best so far.

Good pay but forever to reward

April 24, 2014 by Abbey from United States

Cons:
Difficult website
Take FOREVER to receive Paypal
Surveys are a little long
Doesn't tell you how many points the survey is worth beforehand.

Pros:
Decent pay
Plenty of surveys

This site is a little tricky and frustrating to navigate, but it's also really simple which can be helpful. Surveys have decent enough pay, but it is frustrating because they don't tell you how much the survey is worth before you complete it. I usually don't find out until after the survey is done and I see how much is added to my account. That is a major problem that they need to fix. Also, I earned $10 and cashed out via Paypal and it still hasn't hit my account (I cashed out 12 days ago). I will update when the money hits. So far I've earned the $10 I've already cashed out and I'm coming up to another $10 soon. Overall, I think this is a decent site with average pay and plenty of surveys, but I hate some aspects of the site and I definitely don't like waiting forever for the money to hit my account.

Cash Faster Than Others

April 19, 2014 by Chelleney from United States

This site has plenty of surveys for you to take, you won't have to start filling out a survey only to be screened out/rejected after a few questions. I signed up with them a few months ago and already I can get $20 via PayPal. I HIGHLY recommend!!

One of the best ....

April 14, 2014 by gary from United Kingdom

mysurvey is one of the best online survey sites out there. I admit to having a soft spot for mysurvey - it was the first paid online survey site that I received any money from, but it also happens to be a rewarding and enjoyable survey site.

Payouts start off nice and low at £5. I always go for Amazon vouchers which tend to take a couple of days to arrive. No problems in getting any of my payments.

Survey invitations are not sent as often as some sites; but when invites do come they tend to come in clusters which is great for getting on a roll. Screen out regularity is average and my impression is that screen outs usually happen at start of a survey. Surveys are varied and cover the usual topics. There are a few regular surveys which I guess match my demographic.

I have only directly contacted mysurvey once. I had just finished a high point/long survey, pressed the submit button and .... got a message saying the site was down for maintenance. My hard earned points had just vanished! So I emailed in, admittedly more in hope than expectation. I received a prompt and polite reply saying they would look into it and then the next day the points appeared in my account. Excellent customer service from mysurvey.

So yes I highly recommend mysurvey as one of the best online survey sites.

Automatically signed out

March 25, 2014 by James from United States

I'm tired of being signed out when I start a survey, it happens on multiple surveys (not just one) but the customer service rep does not understand this!

It's like they don't care about their panelists
