Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

They are sending out surveys without any points, just sweepstake entries. I just completed an in house product trial and after I finished their survey about it I got a whole 50 points.

Their help is useless if you contact them, it's like they don't read it properly (if they even reply). I didn't get points for a 45 minute long survey for 300 points and got taken to the wrong website's end page. First they sent me a general answer which didn't answer my question, then when I replied they said to give the survey number and I told them I don't have it because it wasn't emailed to me.
Then they said I probably didn't qualify, I told them I definitely qualified. Then they replied again asking for the survey number!! I just said I don't have the number!!!
New Edit: I have lost another 300 points, I didn't get 300 points for a survey I did the other week, I sent them a message WITH the survey number and they did not reply, so yesterday I sent them another message asking if they could please reply. And guess what - they replied asking me for the survey number. Which I no longer have and I sent to them in my first message.
I'll be surprised if they get this sorted but if they do I will say so here. Oh and I never got the first 300 points either.

It's absolutely infuriating - the one time I actually send them the survey number they don't reply!! I'm thinking they must do it on purpose.

(Mysurvey.ca) I can honestly say this has gone downhill over the past year. Yes you can cash out and complete many surveys from here, but a lot of time they will result in an error and not receive your credit. I constantly have to followup with them about points i'm missing or surveys that failed at the end. I don't think I've received a reply from them ever.

After being a member for several years, I'm giving up. I lost 750 points just today and at least 1,000 points in the past few weeks because I get an error on the very last page of the surveys. Customer service did nothing the last time I complained and I didn't bother this time. I'm just not wasting my time with them anymore.

Don't bother trying to cash in, you won't get paid. I cashed in for $10 paypal on 2/5, here it is the 24th and still no payment. No one will answer emails, I filed a complaint with the BBB to warn others against getting taken advantage of. Do not waste your time. Now their site is not even working.
