Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

some surveys are 20 to 30 minutes just for 20 points,thats about 15 cents

i have left 3 email messages in regards to the superbowl realtime poll from 02-02-14. 8000 points possible still no response from them or points, otherwise they are pretty good with prizes, etc.

The original site Lightspeed when it was operating by itself was great. now they've merged with others like Synovate, Mysurvey, Global test Market and it is now one of those sites that operate like a sweepstakes . After 7 years I'm out of there. Payouts take several weeks. It's not worth the time or effort anymore, up until a while ago it was one of the best but many once great programs have and are merging into one but still operate independently within the merger and have all gone downhill. There really are only a handful of sites that you can truly rely on.for quality

Out of all the survey panels I have tried, this is the one site I always go to first. I have been a member of this site for about a year now, but have only really started using it regularly since the end of Oct 2013, In that time, I've cashed in $50 and I have almost enough points to cash in another $20. I've been able to cash in once a month, every month since Nov for at least $10 in Amazon E-GCs.
Since Oct, I've participated in many surveys ranging from 30 points, all the way up to a 2,000 point Superbowl Sunday real-time survey. Although I had to contact customer service regarding when I would get credit for this, I received a timely response, and the full 2,000 points were credited the same day. I also just completed a product trial through them.

I really don't have anything negative to say, as I have not encountered any problems and the Amazon codes are always available exactly 1 week (7 days) after you cash in. I will continue using this site as one of my primary's, as I receive many surveys I qualify for, and I have never had any issues with them that weren't resolved.

I used to love completing surveys for 20 minutes on a survey and it will disqualify you without giving you any rewards. I understand a few quick qualifying questions.....but 20 minutes?!?!?! I have spent over 45 minutes on surveys and completed them all the way to the end. Then, it won't credit my account with the points. Customer service RARELY responds to my emails asking for the points. Although this was once a good credible website for surveys, they have gone down hill and I would no longer recommend you waste your time.
