Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

This panel does send me surveys, as well as opportunities to sample products. They also do pay you, as promised. I do not receive enough surveys to consider this a primary panel. One problem is total lack of customer service! The only way to contact them is SNAIL MAIL. Obviously, they do not not wish to be bothered with panelist contact.

MySurvey let me answer 20 minutes of a survey to then tell me I did not qualify. By this point, they have all the info. needed and don't have to pay. I previously respected this company but now have a totally different outlook. I feel cheated in a big way. The topic was NSA and recent citizen's personal communications, so it's not like it was a really interesting topic but I thought out each reply and tried to be honest and this is how they repay me!

Now, when I log into my account, I just get a screen that says "account inactive" I have been using it all along, til 3 days ago it just crapped out on me! Plus I get the "no more phone support" message, and have left 2 e-mail support messages, & haven't even had a reply!!!

This site is a little slow sometimes for survey invites but overall i like them very much!

1) For 2 yrs, when I’ve redeemed points via PayPal (rec’d $115 to date) they’ve been extremely prompt in rewarding them. PayPal acct then transfer to bank.
2) Survey technical problem (glitch, zapped out, doesn’t happen often) but when it does you're in for a fight!
3) It takes numerous emails (3-4 avg over about 1 1/2 months) in order for them to finally fix the problem, which they did in my cases. I didn't give up contacting their CORPORATE office. Be relentless - it eventually pays.
4) As with ALL survey companies, it’s basically chump change for the time invested - it’s just something to do at home if nothing else is getting you $ - like a real job! It all depends on your demographic (age/yearly income) as to how often they’ll send you surveys, point/$ value of them, & whether you have kids at home, etc. That’s the key. From 1-10...Quality of Surveys: 7;
