Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

1) For 2 yrs, when I’ve redeemed points via PayPal (rec’d $115 to date) they’ve been extremely prompt in rewarding them. PayPal acct then transfer to bank.
2) Survey technical problem (glitch, zapped out, doesn’t happen often) but when it does you're in for a fight!
3) It takes numerous emails (3-4 avg over about 1 1/2 months) in order for them to finally fix the problem, which they did in my cases. I didn't give up contacting their CORPORATE office. Be relentless - it eventually pays.
4) As with ALL survey companies, it’s basically chump change for the time invested - it’s just something to do at home if nothing else is getting you $ - like a real job! It all depends on your demographic (age/yearly income) as to how often they’ll send you surveys, point/$ value of them, & whether you have kids at home, etc. That’s the key. From 1-10...Quality of Surveys: 7;
Compensation: 5; Frequency of Surveys: 6; Timeliness of Payment: 10; Member Area & Support: -10; Overall Rating: 5.

I honestly have not even been able to get into the site even though I have registered

I came back and tried signing in with my email and password but it wouldn't take it. I thought that was weird so I opted to the "Forgot password/username." Said "no account can be found with the email on file". This is a PROBLEM as I KEEP GETTING EMAILS from MySurvey about surveys I can take. It's frustrating. My email is telling me I'm getting updates, but the site says I'm not in the system.

They have done NOTHING. Lousy customer service, and I read that I'm not the only one. It's been 3 days. I have gotten automated responses saying that my problem has been resolved. WHAT?? No it hasn't. They want you to reply to that response if your problem hasn't been fixed, so I did, basically saying the same thing. In the next 5 minutes I got another automated response saying my problem has been resolved. Does that make sense? Just NO. Points2 Shop handles more people and does a better job. Shame.

I participated in a 4 month study installing an app on my ipad for which I was to receive, but haven't, upwards of 1500 points. I called in early March and was told I'd have the points by end of March. Discontinued phone support now dozens of emails receive a canned response. Posted on their facebook page..still NO POINTS. They used to be a great company, been with them for over ten years..but they have gone way downhill.

This one doesn't have a nonstop supply of surveys to take but I've been using it for years, way longer than the rest I'm signed up with, and it hasn't let me down once.

This was the first survey company I got involved in 8 years ago. I used to cash out regularly. From December on.... diaries, surveys I were doing for them were not getting credited. I contacted them to no avail. Did a 200 pt survey on March 4th, didn't get credit for it, my account were invalid on March 6th. I have contacted them by phone, email, Facebook to no avail. Personally I would stay away from them! I noticed that others are complaining on their FB page and yet they are begging for survey takers. Something is up with them. I would not trust them at all. Shame too I was cashing out around $20 a month.
