Gift Cards Galore!

MyView is a gift card lovers haven, as they offer dozens of gift card options from many different retailers including Amazon, Wal-Mart, iTunes, Shell, TJ Maxx, and more. Gift cards typically come in $20, $50, and $100 increments. Some gift cards are mailed to members; others are sent by e-mail in the form of an e-voucher. Minimum redemption is $10.

No Surveys

September 17, 2010 by Kenneth from United States

I have been a member of their panel for several years. Up until about 6 months ago, I was getting surveys every week. Every since they sent out an email to a lot of people stating that I had rushed thru the survey's and didnt take a long time to answer them, it seems that I have been blacklisted by them. Now it doesnt take a rocket scientist to answer their questions. I am a fast reader and I told them this. I can go to their site and take surveys but they just dont email any to me. So once I cash out with them I am un subscribing from them

Very Slow Pay

September 17, 2010 by Robert from United States

Personally I like doing MyView's surveys, but they are the worst company for time to pay, & customer service. It has taken them over 4 months just to approve surveys to my account. After that, I've now been waiting over a mouth for them to process my payment. I've e-mailed MyView several times with no response at all.

Long Payment times now

September 17, 2010 by B from United States

Now that MyView has changed to a new system it will take 8 weeks to approve your survey and once you cash out your 25 or more it will take another 8 weeks to pay. Depending on how many surveys you take that is AT LEAST 16 weeks for payment. That is way to long to be waiting for this in my opinion.

Slow Payment, No Customer Support,

September 17, 2010 by Ray from United States

I agree with Robert
MyView used to be a really great place to take surveys. Lots of surveys. Well paying surveys. Until the beginning of 2008, they used to credit within a month and pay the following month. This new system they have [wait for 3 months for approval, wait another 2 months after you cash out, $25 min. to cash out] is criminal.
Their customer support is supposed to get back to you in 48-72 hours. I've contacted them about 5 surveys which I completed but they did not send me authorization numbers over the past 4 months, and recontacted them once every 2 weeks, but I have yet to have them resolve the situation. How hard is it to look up a survey to check whether the user logged in and completed it with the client, then credit the users account? Obviously too hard for MyView.
I could not recommend them any more.
Wish I had the old MyView back.

Never Again!

September 17, 2010 by Kitty from United States

I just completed an hour and fifteen minute survey on Myview about new names for Intel processors. It was repititious, long and drawn out. I completed the survey, was directed back to Myview, and the page said I did not qualify for the survey! If I didn't qualify, then why did they let me waste all that time on it, completing it in it's entirety? I was promise 2 myview dollars for it, and was offered a sweepstakes entry for my time. I did not accept it. The survey was from Opinionguru through Myview. Never again! I will never do anymore of their surveys.
